Maksudur Rahman Adnan, a retired Major, has had a diverse work experience. In 2009, they worked as a Military Observer in ONUCI, Cote d'Ivoire. In 2010, they served as an Officer Commanding in the Bangladesh Army. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Deputy Registrar at Southeast University in Dhaka, Bangladesh. In 2012, they joined the United Group, Bangladesh as a General Manager and Head of Marketing. In 2015, they became the Managing Director of Fantasy Island Amusement Park and later also took on the role of Managing Director at Fantasia Limited (Fantasy Island BD). In 2019, they briefly served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Krishibid Feed Limited. Throughout their career, Maksudur Rahman Adnan has demonstrated their ability to handle diverse roles and responsibilities.

MAKSUDUR RAHMAN Adnan, PCM, Major (retd) has an education history that includes both basic education and science undergraduate studies. From 1977 to 1980, they attended BAF Shaheen School in Kurmitola, Dhaka, where they obtained a degree in basic education. Following this, from 1982 to 1986, they attended Rajshahi Cadet College and completed an undergraduate degree in science.

In addition to their academic qualifications, MAKSUDUR RAHMAN Adnan has obtained a certification in Project Cycle Management from MDF South Asia Training & Consultancy in August 2010.
