Josiah "Duke" Harrist is a skilled game designer currently employed at Fantasy Flight Games since August 2021, following a previous role as a game design intern at the same company in early 2019. Prior to this, Harrist served as a behavior coach at St. Vrain Valley Schools, leveraging tabletop and roleplaying games to support students with intellectual and emotional disabilities. Harrist's experience includes working as a fraud analyst and customer service representative at Venmo, contributing articles on gaming culture for Kill Screen LLC, and serving in various roles in the education sector, including managing English teachers in Mongolia and teaching in Laos. Harrist holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Writing from Wheaton College.
