Tim Schisler BESc, MBA, P.Eng is an Associate Professor at Fanshawe College, with a focus on Engineering programs since January 2017. Prior to this role, Tim Schisler held various positions at Electro-Motive Diesel from 2005 to 2015, including Quality Manager and EMD Lead Test Engineer, where strategic development and technical oversight were key responsibilities. Tim Schisler also served as a Quality Area Manager at General Motors from 1984 to 2005, overseeing production launches and quality engineering, and managing teams in critical testing and production environments. Tim Schisler holds a Master of Business Administration in Operations Management from Niagara University and a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Electrical from Western University.
