Kaitlin Mallouk serves as an Associate Professor and Provost Fellow for Faculty Development at Rowan University, where previous positions include Assistant Professor. In addition to academic roles, Kaitlin Mallouk has contributed to The Kern Family Foundation as a facilitator and coach for the "Design Your Academic Life" program and as a Leadership Unleashed Coach. Previously, Kaitlin Mallouk worked as a Community Catalyst for the foundation. Early career experiences include serving as a Graduate Research and Teaching Fellow and coordinating the Girls Adventures in Math, Engineering, & Science Chemical Engineering Camp at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where Kaitlin Mallouk also earned a Ph.D. and M.S. in Environmental Engineering between 2007 and 2016. Kaitlin Mallouk has practical industry experience as a Biochemical Engineer at Merck.
