Grace Shen has a JD from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, and a B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of Notre Dame. Grace has worked as Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs at Fandango since April 2016, and previously held positions at Loeb & Loeb LLP and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP as an Associate. Grace also served as a Judicial Extern at the U.S. District Court - Southern District of New York.
