Heather Ruffin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Heather most recently worked as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Fancy Sprinkles starting in January 2023. Before that, they were an Investment Coordinator at Sterling Partners from January 2022 to December 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at 87 from August 2021 to December 2021. Heather also worked as an Administrative Assistant at Straits Financial LLC from March 2021 to August 2021.

In addition to their corporate experience, Heather has also been involved in entrepreneurial ventures. Heather was the CEO of Heather René Ruffin LLC from April 2011 to July 2019. Heather also worked as a Brand Relations professional at Good Luck Chuck LLC from January 2017 to December 2019.

Before their entrepreneurial endeavors, Heather gained experience in various administrative roles. Heather worked as a Personal Assistant/Social Media Manager at Les Doubles Blog from September 2017 to April 2018. Heather Ruffin attended Berkeley College, where they earned a degree in Marketing Communications. Heather then went on to study Business Management at both East Carolina University and Montgomery College, completing their studies at Montgomery College in 2008.
