Stephanie Putnam is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition for Fanatics Collectibles since September 2017, Stephanie leads global recruiting strategies for the company. Prior to this role, Stephanie held the position of Director of Recruiting at Fanatics, overseeing recruitment for various business sectors. Before joining Fanatics, Stephanie worked at The Walt Disney Company for a decade, where responsibilities included leading talent acquisition for Disney Consumer Products and Interactive Media, developing global recruitment strategies, and managing a diverse team. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Recruiter for Pearson Education and a Staffing Consultant at John Leonard Employment Services. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Elon University.
