Marcelo Castelo obtained a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and a Post-Graduate in Marketing from Fundação Getulio Vargas. Marcelo began their career at Unilever in 1998, where they worked in Marketing. In 2000, they became a Founding Partner of F.biz - WPP Company. In 2013, they were appointed as a Board Member of the Mobile Ecosystem Forum LATAM and in 2014, they were appointed as a Board Member of the Mobile Marketing Association LATAM. In 2015, they joined MUV a WPP Company as an Advisory Board & Partner and in 2021, they became CMO & Partner of Fanatee.
Marcelo Castelo's education history includes attending Singularity University in 2014, FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2001 to 2002 where they earned a CEAG in Marketing, FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 1996 to 1999 where they studied Business, Colégio São Luis in 1995, and Santo Agostinho from 1990 to 1994.
