Xolani Madwe is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience across various roles in finance management and accounting. Currently serving as the Financial Manager for Africa Middle East at Famous Brands since August 2018, Xolani oversees full finance functions including budgeting, financial reporting, and strategic financial oversight for multiple countries in Africa, the Middle East, and the UK. Previous positions include Financial Accountant at Skynet Worldwide Express and Kimberly-Clark of South Africa, where Xolani managed full accounting functions, financial reporting, and VAT compliance. Additional experience includes roles at SA Greetings and Wasaa Gasses (Pty) Ltd, as well as finance management at Stage Audio Works (Pty) Ltd. Xolani began a career in auditing with SizweNtsaluba vsp, focusing on audit engagements and client relationships. Xolani holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Fort Hare.
