Noma Shongwe has extensive experience in operations and franchise management within the FMCG sector, currently serving as Operations Manager for Steers, Fishaways, and Milky Lane at Famous Brands since July 2016. Prior to this role, Noma held the position of Franchise Manager for Steers and Debonairs Pizza. Noma's earlier experience includes working as Executive Secretary to the General Manager of Human Resources at Tsb Sugar (Pty) Ltd. from April 2010 to June 2016. Noma Shongwe holds a Human Resources Development degree from Regent Business School, completed between 2014 and 2016.
