Benoit RAVIER has a diverse work experience spanning several companies in the technology and security industries. Benoit is currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Famoco since September 2022.
Prior to this role, they worked at Linxens from July 2019 to June 2022 as the Senior Vice President of Global Sales and a member of the Executive Committee. During their tenure, they successfully transformed the company through strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, marketing and R&D refocusing, and diversification into new verticals. Benoit also achieved revenue growth and negotiated key contracts with global accounts while establishing strategic partnerships.
From 2016 to 2019, Benoit held various roles at NXP Semiconductors. Benoit first served as the Senior Director and Head of Business Development for EMEA and South APAC, where they led a team of business developers and drove market growth through innovative solutions. Benoit then transitioned to the role of Senior Director and Head of Business Development for EMEA, where they exceeded targets and implemented a new sales organization.
Before their time at NXP Semiconductors, Benoit worked at Safran Identity & Security from 2010 to 2016. Benoit held the position of VP Programs & Solutions MEA in the Government Identity Solutions Division, where they led pre-sales activities and program deliveries for the Middle East and Africa. Benoit also served as a Senior Program Manager for ID programs, leading projects in multiple African countries.
Benoit's earlier experience includes a role as a Program Manager at SAGEM DEFENSE SECURITE from 2006 to 2010, and positions at Oberthur Technologies from 2000 to 2006, including Government & ID Project Manager and ID & Security PreSales Engineer.
Benoit Ravier has a diverse education history. Benoit attended multiple institutions, including Duke University, HEC Paris, and Polytech Nantes. In 1997, they began their studies at Polytech Nantes, where they completed a Master's degree in Information Technology in 2000. In 2010, they attended HEC Paris and obtained a Global Management Pass for Safran University, followed by an Executive Program at Duke University in 2015.
In addition to their formal education, Benoit Ravier has also obtained additional certifications. In March 2022, they completed the "Economics of Blockchain and Digital Assets" program at Wharton Executive Education. In May 2022, they completed the "Oxford Artificial Intelligence Program" at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
