Jim Womack

Jim Womack has extensive work experience in various leadership and advisory roles. Starting in 1991, they worked as a Community Supervision Officer at Potter County until 1997. From 1997 to 1999, they served as an Educator/Shelter Advocate at Family Support Services of Amarillo, Inc. In 1999, they joined Texas Panhandle Centers Behavioral & Developmental Health as a Mental Health Caseworker III. Jim then became the Regional Director at the Texas Correctional Office on Offenders with Medical or Mental Impairments in 2001, where they oversaw program operations and conducted mental health assessments. In 2006, they transitioned to the role of Director of Planning and Public Information at Texas Panhandle Centers - Behavioral & Developmental Health, responsible for coordinating the agency's development. In 2008, they became the Owner of Bluebonnet Assisted Living, LLC while also working as an Adjunct Faculty in Sociology and Philosophy at the University of Phoenix. Finally, in 2013, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Family Support Services of Amarillo, Inc.
