Jaclyn Citarella has extensive experience in community engagement and program management, currently serving as the Community Engagement & Recruitment Manager at Family Support Services since July 2022. Prior roles include Community Impact Manager and Family and Community Partnership Manager at Mid Florida Community Services from October 2015 to June 2022. Jaclyn also held various positions at the YMCA of the Suncoast from October 2004 to October 2015, including Youth Teen and Family Director, School Age Program Director, and Youth Development Specialist. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor Degree in Educational Studies from St. Petersburg College and additional education from the University of Central Florida.
