Justin Chale has four years of work experience. From 2014 to present, they have been the Director of Social Media and E-Commerce at FamilyPet, LLC. Prior to this, they were a Brand Ambassador at Gap Inc./Banana Republic from 2013 to 2014, a Denim Specialist at Gap Inc. from 2012 to 2013, and a Customer Service Manager at Staples from 2009 to 2012.

Justin Chale received a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University, State University of New York in 2014, after having started in 2011. Justin then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing at Stony Brook University Graduate School, which they completed in 2015.
