Theodora Bonsall

Mental Health Clinician at Family Paths

Theodora Bonsall, ASW, is a dedicated mental health clinician with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving at Family Paths since July 2024, Theodora previously held the same title at A Better Way, Inc. from September 2022 to July 2024. Prior to that role, Theodora worked as a Care Management Support Specialist and Care Coordinator at the BHPN from February 2019 to August 2022. Additional experience includes working as a Mental Health Counselor at Berkeley Youth Alternatives from September 2021 to June 2022 and a Counseling Intern at Martin Luther King Jr Middle School from September 2020 to June 2021. Theodora's career began with a focus on trauma-centered case management and advocacy for Minnesota's MFIP/TANF program as a Family Violence Waiver Advocate at Tubman and SAYFE Program Case Manager at the Edgewood Center for Children and Families. Theodora holds a Master of Social Work from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts in Women's & Gender Studies from St. Olaf College.
