Ryan Schaefer is currently employed as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Family of Kidz since August 2024. Prior to this role, Ryan served as a Teaching Assistant at ACLD from August 2022 to October 2023 and held the position of Senior Inclusion Specialist at Great South Bay YMCA from May 2022 to August 2023. Additional experience includes working as a SACC Program Group Leader at YMCA of Long Island from September 2021 to June 2023 and as an Inclusion Specialist at Great South Bay YMCA from May 2018 to August 2021. Earlier work experience includes a position as a Grocery Worker at East Islip Village Market in 2017. Ryan is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice at John Jay College (CUNY), expected to be completed in December 2024, and has a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Law from Binghamton University, earned between 2019 and 2021. Education includes studies at SUNY Geneseo from 2017 to 2018 and an Advanced Regents Diploma from East Islip High School, obtained in 2017.
