Anjali van Drie

Co-founder & Vice President at Family Initiative

Anjali Van Drie has a diverse work experience in the field of behavior analysis and therapy. Anjali began their career in 2005 as a Behavior Intervention Specialist at Gwinnett County Public Schools. In 2007, they joined Behavior Analysis and Therapy, Inc. as a Behavior Analyst, where they provided behavioral services to children and families involved in the child welfare system. Anjali co-founded Family Initiative in 2013 and served as the Vice President, focusing on creating positive behavior change for families. In 2015, they became the Vice President at Family Success Services, Inc., and also worked as a Behavior Analyst at Positive Behavior Supports Corp. until 2017.

Anjali Van Drie has a diverse education history. Anjali pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology at Emory University from 1996 to 2000. Following this, they attended Georgia State University from 2001 to 2005 to earn a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Developmental Psychology. Anjali further expanded their knowledge by completing ABA coursework at Nova Southeastern University from 2005 to 2006, focusing on Applied Behavior Analysis. Lastly, they obtained a Master's degree in Social Work from Florida Gulf Coast University, dedicating their years of study from 2009 to 2012 in this field.
