Tim Smith MA, LPCC-S serves as the Director of Behavioral Health at Family Health Services of Darke County since January 2022, and also operates a private Christian counseling practice, Winds of Hope Counseling LLC, since April 2017. With extensive experience in clinical counseling, Tim has provided services for children and adults at Family Health Services since April 2008, diagnosing and treating various mental and emotional disorders. Previously, Tim worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor at Benchmark Family Services, assisting troubled children in the foster care system, and held the role of Youth Minister at Sherman Church of Christ, focusing on youth development and spiritual growth. Tim holds a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Youth Ministry, both from Cincinnati Christian University.
