Julia Freed, CHES has a diverse work experience. Julia began their career as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Orchard Manor Nursing Home in 2015. In 2018, they worked as a Community Health Educator at the Washington County Health Department, a Home Health Aide at BAYADA Home Health Care, and a Certified Nursing Assistant at ADARA HEALTHCARE STAFFING, INC. Most recently, they have been working as a Community Outreach Coordinator at the Family Health Council of Central PA since 2019.

Julia Freed, CHES obtained their High School Diploma from Biglerville High School in 2014. Julia then attended Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Public Health with a field of study in Pre-Occupational Therapy Public Health - Adapted Physical Activities - Gerontology in 2018. In 2020, they obtained their Master of Public Health - MPH with a field of study in Occupational and Environmental Public Health from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. In April 2019, they were certified by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc as a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES).
