Lisa Sparling, LMHC, serves as a Behavioral Health Provider at the Family Health Center of Worcester, Inc. since March 2022, offering integrated behavioral health services within a school-based health center. With extensive experience in child, adolescent, and young adult services, Lisa has held multiple roles at Open Sky Community Services since February 2012, including Per Diem Clinician and Clinical Supervisor for Group Home Programs. Previous positions include Program Clinician at Attention Behavior and Cognition, Outpatient Therapist at Community Healthlink Inc., School-Based Clinician at JRI in partnership with the Department of Youth Services, and Clinician/Clinical Case Manager at Y.O.U., Inc. Lisa's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Assumption University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Worcester State University.
