Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at WoodCraft Millwork, where leadership spanned multiple departments, and Executive Vice President at Davis Architectural Woodworking, contributing to various high-profile construction projects. Francis also held significant positions at Shawmut Design and Construction, Iaccarino and Son Inc. and World Distributors, effectively driving growth and enhancing operational efficiency.
