Kate Grippen is the Director of HS&EHS at Family Enrichment Network. Kate has been with the company since August 1997, previously holding the positions of Family and Community Partnerships Coordinator and Head Start Case Manager. Prior to their time at Family Enrichment Network, Kate was a Team Leader at Broome/Tioga ARC and a Special Education Assistant at HCA Building Blocks Preschool. Kate is passionate about their work and is dedicated to helping families in need.

Kate Grippen has a Bachelor's degree in Family Psychology from State University of New York at Oneonta and an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Mental Health from Broome Community College.

Some individuals on their team include Jessie Daglio - Program Operations Coordinator, Cassandra Scalzo - Child Care Specialist, and Michelle Codner - Health Services Coordinator. They work with Joe Bennett - Director, Operations, Mary Difulvio - Director, HR, and Chastity McEwen - Director, Housing & Community Services. Kate Grippen reports to Darrell Newvine, Executive Director.
