Kristy Dean currently serves as the Regional Director of Military Family Clinics at Endeavors, overseeing three clinic directors in Texas since December 2021. Prior to this role, Kristy Dean held the position of Chief Clinical Officer at Jewish Family Service of San Antonio from June 2019 to November 2021. Additional experience includes roles as Military & Family Life Counselor at both Magellan Health and MHN Government Services, as well as a Regional Supervisor for the Military & Family Life Counseling Program at Magellan Health Services. Kristy Dean's extensive background also features positions ranging from Military Family Life Consultant to Private Practice Therapist, beginning in 1996. Kristy Dean earned a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from St. Mary's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
