Kim Grabina-Como has extensive experience in marketing, communications, and media. Kim currently holds the position of Marketing & Communications Director at Family and Children's Association since September 2023. Prior to this role, Kim served as the Communications Director and Communications Manager at Newsday Media Group from February 2015 to September 2023. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing internal and external communications, developing media plans, and providing coaching to company leadership. Before Newsday, Kim worked at Credit.com as the Manager of Media Partnerships, where they identified new distribution partners. Kim also served as a Freelance Writer/Contributor for Bicultural Mama and as the Editor/Writer for Long Island Mamas Network, where they managed a team, coordinated social media, and wrote articles. Kim began their career at NBC Universal, starting as an NBC Page Program participant and later taking on roles as NBC News Partnerships Manager and Program Coordinator. Kim also worked as a Production Coordinator for Dateline NBC. Kim's early experiences include serving as an intern at WPTZ and as an Olympic Runner for CBS Sports.

Kim Grabina-Como attended Clarkstown South High School from 1990 to 1993. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh from 1993 to 1997.
