Amy Washington, MHS, serves as the President and CEO of Paradigm Consulting and Associates since 2012 and has held the position of Protective Services/Voluntary Pre-kindergarten Manager at Family Central since 2006. With extensive experience in child services and community partnerships, Amy has successfully transitioned over 4,000 children from the state's VPK program and led staff training initiatives. Previous roles at Family Central and Old Navy demonstrate a strong capacity for managing teams, increasing sales performance, and providing essential public assistance. Amy holds multiple degrees, including an M.S. in Health and Human Services from Nova Southeastern University and a B.S. in Political Science from Florida State University.
