Carol Fauci has extensive experience in human resources and risk management, primarily at Family Central, Inc. since September 1994, where roles have included Chief Operations Officer/Vice President of Corporate Services, Senior Vice President, and various Vice President positions focusing on operations and human resources. In these capacities, Carol has demonstrated strategic leadership, overseeing the growth of multiple divisions including Human Resources, Quality Improvement, and Facility Administration. Previous experience at Gold Coast South/Kimberly Quality Care as Regional Human Resources Manager involved employee relations and staff development for a tri-county region. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Patient Education from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from SUNY Brockport, complemented by an Associate of Science in Clinical Psychology from Nassau Community College.
