Kuljinder Lalli currently serves as the Head of Compliance Assurance at Family Building Society since September 2021, after holding roles as Senior Compliance Manager and Compliance Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Compliance Monitoring Officer at Kensington Mortgages from June 2016 to September 2021, and various roles at Foundation Home Loans between July 2006 and June 2016, including Operational Risk Compliance Associate and Complaints Manager. Kuljinder Lalli holds a Specialist Certificate in Corporate Governance from the International Compliance Association, a CeMAP qualification from LIBF, an International Compliance Diploma from the International Compliance Association, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Kingston University.
