Sue Rogers

Head of Practice Development at Family Action

Sue Rogers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in practice development and mental health services within charitable organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Practice Development at Family Action since December 2022, Sue leads initiatives to enhance practice sharing and innovation. With a long tenure at Action for Children since December 2014, roles have included Service Development Manager for Mental Health, National Programme Lead for Mental Health, and Head of Service Management, during which Sue implemented significant early intervention programs. Additionally, Sue has held managerial positions at Barnardo's and as Managing Director of Eastbury Manor Equestrian. As a dedicated volunteer for British Eventing, and a founding trustee for both Community Shop and Malvern Food Bank, Sue demonstrates a strong commitment to community service. Sue’s educational background includes a Postgraduate Degree in Transformational Leadership from the University of Northampton and various management qualifications from the Chartered Management Institute.
