Amy Brooke serves as the Deputy Director of Services and Innovation for the South Region at Family Action since February 2021. Previously, Amy held multiple leadership roles at Norfolk County Council from 2008 to 2021, including Head of Communities & Partnerships and Head of Early Help and Prevention. In these positions, Amy focused on developing inclusive early help services for families, enhancing operational delivery using strategic data analysis, and managing integrated support teams. Amy's career also includes roles at North West Leicestershire District Council and the Oxfordshire Association for Young People, where emphasis was placed on youth engagement and targeted interventions. Currently, Amy is pursuing a Level 7 Coaching and Mentoring qualification from the Chartered Management Institute while possessing various project management certifications and a Bachelor's degree in Leisure Management.
