Oskar Ferm has a diverse work experience in the creative industry. Oskar is currently working as the Creative Lead at Familjen sthlm since March 2022. Prior to that, they were with BBDO Nordics as an Art Director from April 2021 to February 2022. From January 2016 to April 2021, Oskar held the position of Art Director at Ehrenstråhle. Oskar started their career as a Creative Intern at Lowe Brindfors from March 2015 to June 2015. In 2013, Oskar had two internships as a Creative Intern at Saatchi & Saatchi from August 2013 to November 2013, and at Start Communication from March 2013 to June 2013.

Oskar Ferm's education history includes several notable institutions. In 2009, they attended Berghs School of Communication for a short course called "Berghs Intro." The following year, they enrolled in a evening course at Beckmans Designhögskola, where they studied Visuell kommunikation (Visual Communication). From 2011 to 2013, Oskar pursued a degree in Reklam & Marknadsföring (Advertising & Marketing) at Yrgo, focusing on Art Direction. Finally, in 2014 and 2015, they attended Hyper Island, where they pursued a degree in Motion Creative.
