Joyce Houvenaeghel currently serves as Diensthoofd HR and Beleidsmedewerker zorg at Familiezorg Oost-Vlaanderen since November 2022. Prior to this role, Joyce worked as Huurbegeleider at Sociaal Verhuurkantoor Zuid-Oost-Vlaanderen from September 2018 to November 2022, and completed a short-term position as Ombudsmedewerker at Universitair Ziekenhuis Gent in March 2018. Joyce's early career includes various positions in the hospitality and healthcare sectors, alongside experiences in administrative support and social services. Joyce holds a Postgraduate degree in Mediation from Ghent University and a Professional Bachelor in Social Work from Arteveldehogeschool.
