Sherline C. Fernandes, M.S., LCAS-A, currently serves as a CST Substance Abuse Clinician at SPARC NETWORKS PRIVATE LIMITED since September 2024 and continues as the Chief Executive Officer at Creating Conscious Changes, LLC since July 2021, where life coaching skills are provided to enhance individuals' quality of life.
