Laila Begum, MHA, is an experienced data analyst with a robust background in healthcare analytics and operations. Currently serving as Principal Data Analyst at Fallon Health since January 2017, Laila is primarily responsible for HEDIS reporting to the National Committee of Quality Assurance, focusing on prevention and access to care measures. Prior roles include Data Analyst in Data Integrity and Production at UMass Memorial Health Care, where Laila designed a database for Medicaid Disease Management, and various business analyst positions in the mortgage industry. Laila holds a Master’s of Science in Healthcare Administration from Worcester State University and a B.S. in Information Systems and Operations Management from George Mason University, complemented by an ongoing education at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
