Jochen Wierz is a Partner at Falkensteg GmbH since January 2017, focusing on distressed M&A, Sino-German M&A, valuation, and arbitration litigation. Prior to this role, Jochen served as Director M&A and Head of China Desk at perspektiv GmbH from October 2011 to December 2016, where an extensive understanding of investor processes in crisis situations was developed through transaction-related consulting for a major international auditing firm. Jochen began the professional journey at KPMG Deutschland from January 2005 to October 2011 in an advisory capacity. Jochen holds an Executive Master of Finance and Accounting from the Goethe Business School in Frankfurt, earned between 2009 and 2011, following studies in Business Administration at Goethe University Frankfurt.
