Ashley M. Puglia has held a number of roles in the design and healthcare industries since 2006. Ashley M. began their career as an Assistant Teacher at the Challenge Program in 2006. Ashley M. then moved on to become an Interior Designer at Burt Hill in 2007. In 2009, they were a Sales Associate at Gap, and in 2010, they were a Designer I at OfficeMax and a Consultant at Celli-Flynn Brennan Architects and Planners. In 2014, they became an Interiors Project Coordinator at McLeod Health, and in 2017, they took on the role of Healthcare Account Manager at Alfred Williams & Company. Most recently, in 2020, they began their current role as Design Project Management at Falkbuilt Ltd.

Ashley M. Puglia attended Seton Hill University from 2002 to 2004 as an undecided major. Ashley M. then transferred to La Roche University where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from 2004 to 2008.
