Malavika Sahoo currently serves as the Director of People at FalconX since June 2022 and has been with Myntra as Associate Director of HR Strategy & PMO since December 2019, previously holding the title of Deputy Director focused on Business Partnering and leading Performance Management. Prior to Myntra, Malavika worked at Flipkart from April 2014 to December 2019 as Senior Manager in Technology HR, also overseeing top talent management and serving as Head of HR for eBay India during its acquisition by Flipkart. Earlier roles include HR Business Partnering and management positions at Flipkart and TCS, as well as an internship at Texas Instruments in Learning & Development and Employee Engagement. Malavika holds a degree in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur, completed in 2014, and attended Delhi Public School - Vasant Kunj from 1994 to 2005.
