Case Fedor is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private credit and investment strategies for middle market businesses. Currently serving as Principal at Falcon Investment Advisors since April 2022, Case Fedor focuses on sourcing, structuring, executing, and monitoring mezzanine debt, structured equity, and common/preferred equity investments. Prior to this role, Case Fedor held positions at SG Credit Partners and Crystal Financial LLC, where special situations private credit investing was emphasized. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Associate in the Corporate & Investment Banking Division at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. Case Fedor holds both a Bachelor of Arts and an MBA from the University of Kentucky.
