Anne Middaugh has extensive experience in office management and human resources within the energy sector. Currently serving as an Office Manager at Well Werks Energy since June 2024, Anne previously held the same title at Falcon Flowback Services from May 2017 until its acquisition by Oil States in August 2024. Additional experience includes working as a Human Resources Generalist at EDPO, LLC, and as an Office Manager at both Erick Flowback Services, LLC, and Rod's Production Services, LLC, both of which were acquired by Falcon Flowback Services. Anne began their career as an Office Administrator at TerraStar Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Penn State University, obtained in 2011.
