Navin Balan has a diverse background in partnerships and alliances, currently serving at Falcon since August 2022. Previous experience includes holding the position of AVP - Partnership & Alliances (Banking) at iServeU from December 2021 to September 2022, and working as an Assistant Manager focusing on Corporate Cards at Hexaware Technologies from July 2019 to December 2021. Navin co-founded Designer's Hand, contributing from March 2016 to June 2019, and provided consulting services at Hub Business Solutions Private Limited from December 2013 to March 2016. Early in the career, Navin worked as a Team Lead at TCS E-Serve between November 2007 and December 2013. Academic qualifications include a BBM degree in Management from Bharathiar University, earned from 2004 to 2007.
