Bajla Shafha currently serves as Senior Manager for Strategic Initiatives and Sales Enablement at Falcon since January 2022, previously holding the position of Manager in Business Insights. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Business System Analyst in the APMEA Payments division at FIS from April 2019 to January 2022, and internships at the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and Narayana Health in 2018 and 2017, respectively. Bajla holds a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Arts in Foundations in Management from the same institution (2014-2017), complemented by a high school education in Science from St. Patrick's H.S. School, Asansol.
