Troy Hagen serves as the Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Falck USA, overseeing ambulance services in 25 counties through Falck California, which includes Care Ambulance Service and responds to over 500,000 calls annually with a workforce exceeding 2,300 employees. Previously, Troy Hagen held the position of CEO at Care Ambulance Services, Inc. from January 2013 to December 2019, while also serving on the Board of Directors as Past President for the National EMS Management Association from January 2008 to December 2019. Early in the career, Troy Hagen worked as the Director of Ada County Paramedics and as a Paramedic at Brookings Hospital, where foundational experience in emergency medical services was obtained. Troy Hagen earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Biology from South Dakota State University.
