Arturo Baltrusaitis Abreu is an experienced project manager currently at Falabella since September 2019, with roles focusing on client experience, omnichannel business processes, and store performance metrics across Chile, Colombia, and Peru. Previously, Arturo worked as a Key Account Manager in the sports products sector for SHS Active and at Grupo Mantra, where product development and market expansion were key responsibilities.
