Charmaine Ree is an experienced ontwikkelaar currently working at Fakton Development since November 2020, focusing on urban housing projects. Prior roles include developing the Nieuw Delft project for Ballast Nedam Development and serving as both a trainee and graduate intern at Fakton Development. Charmaine has a strong educational background, holding a Master of Science in Management in the Built Environment and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Delft University of Technology, along with minors in Cities Migration and Socio-Spatial Inequality and Architectural Presentation Skills.
