Operations Manager at Faith Direct

Alyssa Parker is the Operations Manager at Faith Direct. Prior to their current position, Alyssa worked as a Client Solutions Specialist at Hobsons from November 2011 to October 2015. In this role, they provided Level 1 support to admissions office staff on CRM and online application software, offered recommendations on CRM workflow optimization and application form design, and coordinated with the Level 2 support team on troubleshooting and bug fixes. Alyssa also trained new hires and clients on the full suite of higher education software products.

Before their time at Hobsons, Alyssa was the Wren Building Proctor at The College of William and Mary from August 2010 to April 2011. In this role, they conducted tours of William & Mary's historic campus, staffed the Information Desk for the historic campus building, assisted the Executive Director and Assistant Executive Director of Theirtoric Campus, and supported staff at campus events.

From March 2016 to March 2018, Alyssa served as the Operations Coordinator at Faith Direct. In this role, they were responsible for managing office operations and procedures, as well as providing administrative support to the management team.

Alyssa began their professional career as a Sales Associate/Front End Supervisor at Scotland House Ltd from September 2008 to May 2011. In this role, they provided excellent customer service, managed front end operations, and trained new employees.
