David Kott has been the Owner and Insurance Agent at DJ Kott Agency, LLC since January 2019, focusing on helping families navigate life's uncertainties. A professional musician since 1986, David is also a songwriter and producer. David Kott held the role of Interim Worship Pastor at Life Bridge Community Church from January 2020 to August 2022 and at Evangelical Free Church of Wauconda from July 2012 to June 2014. Previously, David was the Worship Leader at Northside Bible Church and the Lead Pastor at Taproot Church, emphasizing preaching, teaching, and various forms of counseling. David's educational background includes degrees in finance and communication from The American College of Financial Services and Trinity International University, along with studies at Moody Bible Institute.
