Carlos Ramos has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry. Carlos started their career in 1987 at National Bank of Detroit, where they served as Vice President until 1993. Carlos then moved on to work at POPULAR INC as a Vice President from 1995 to 2006, and later at Banco Popular North America in the same role from 1995 to 2006. In 2006, they joined SunTrust Bank as a Vice President until 2009. Carlos then joined CDR Financial as a Principal, where they assisted small business clients in procuring financing and improving cash flow. Since 2010, they have been working at FAIRWINDS Credit Union as the Vice President of Business Lending, where they handle troubled commercial loans and foreclosed commercial real estate.

Carlos Ramos earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Michigan in 1985. Carlos then went on to pursue an MBA in Finance at Indiana University Bloomington, graduating in 1987.
