Bryce Worthington is an experienced professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as a Wellsite Supervisor at Fairweather LLC since March 2021, where supervision of various oil and gas intervention operations on the North Slope of Alaska is the primary focus. Prior experience includes a Wellsite Supervisor role at North Plains Consulting Services, supervising workover rig operations for ConocoPhillips Bakken Operations, and earlier positions at Fairweather LLC in similar supervisory roles. Bryce also worked as a Production Engineer at ConocoPhillips, where management of production and process improvement for over one hundred oil and gas wells occurred, along with preparing economic evaluations for major investment projects. Additional experience includes a Production Engineering Internship at ConocoPhillips and a role as a Wellsite Geologist at Sunburst Consulting, focusing on gas monitoring and drilling operations. Bryce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Montana Technological University.
