Melissa Schoepf has over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as a Training Subject Matter Expert (SME) at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation since March 2015. Prior to this role, Melissa held the position of Closing Manager at Sibcy Cline Mortgage Services for 25 years and worked as a Compliance Specialist at US Bank for nearly 7 years. Melissa is an alumna of the University of Cincinnati.
