Sergey Kostanbaev is a co-founder at Fairwaves and head specialist at Moscow Exchange, specializing in improving and developing trading systems. With experience as a software and hardware consultant/engineer, software engineer, and hardware/software engineer, Sergey has a background in ARM-based platform design, speech processing algorithms, and custom hardware/software development. Sergey holds a PhD in Computer Science and Math from National Research Nuclear University MEPhI.
