Livia Piguet currently serves as the Customer Care Team Lead and previously as a Customer Care Agent at FAIRTIQ since September 2022. Prior to this role, Livia worked at Kanton Schwyz from August 2017 to March 2022 as a Verwaltungsangestellte Staatsanwaltschaft and during that time completed a training program as a Lernende. Livia is pursuing a degree in Mobility, Data Science and Economics at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, expected to be completed in September 2025. Additionally, Livia holds a Matura in Wirtschaft und Dienstleistung from Kaufmännische Beruffsschule Lachen, completed in July 2022, and an EFZ certificate in public administration obtained from Kaufmännische Berufsschule Lachen in July 2020.
